As part of the current Strategic Planning process, the Library has done many things: held focus groups with members from the community, conducted a community-wide survey, and held staff and stakeholder retreats. In addition, the Library will be studying demographic and other community data as well as surveying Library literature and tracking and projecting performance in certain areas.
Reports that summarize this work are becoming available as they are presented to the Board of Trustees at their work sessions and monthly meetings. Reports are now available for: Focus Groups, Survey, and Retreat. Reports for Community Data and Trends will be available within the next few weeks.
