As part of the current Strategic Planning initiative, the Library has held focus groups with members from the community, conducted a community-wide survey, held staff and stakeholder retreats, and surveyed Library-related research literature and trends. In addition, the Library studied demographic and other community data.
Reports that summarize this work become available as they are presented to the Board of Trustees at their work sessions and monthly meetings. Reports are now available for: Focus Groups, Survey, Retreat, Community Data and Library Trends.
