IT is still addressing various issues with our self checks. Attached is a current list of Self-Checks and the issues IT is aware of. If you are getting reports from patrons of issues that IT is not aware, I encourage you to report them to both IT as well as your Managers. IT has been working with our vendor to resolve the issues as fast as we can. Thank you for your patience & understanding.
