The three locking study rooms on the 2nd floor are now available for reservation! The two glass rooms will remain available on a first-come, first-served basis. If customers inquire about making a reservation, please direct them to RRA desk staff. Here are a few guidelines regarding this new reservation system in case you get any questions:
Reservation Guidelines:
1) Reservations must be made by RRA staff. If a customer calls to make a reservation by phone, Call Center staff are to transfer the call to RRA.
2) Reservations may be made in half hour increments for a total of up to two hours per day using the notebook that is kept at the RRA service desk. (Do not book reservations in Evanced.)
3) If there is no other reservation and a customer wants to continue using the room, they may ask staff to extend their time in two-hour increments.
4) Reservations may be made through December 2018.
