Each year, PCCLD reports data to the Library Research Service (LRS) about various aspects of the work we perform and the services we provide. One of the data sets of interest to the LRS is the number and type of reference questions that we answer. We collect this data for one week each quarter and we will complete our first count of 2022 starting next Monday, 1/31.
We will track reference questions received in person, by phone and via email from Monday 1/31-Sunday, 2/6. I will send additional reminders as we get closer to the start date, but in the meantime please be sure to add these dates to your calendar by accepting the calendar update I recently sent.
