Each year, PCCLD reports data to the Library Research Service (LRS) about various aspects of the work we perform and the services we provide. One of the data sets of interest to the LRS is the number and type of reference questions that we answer.
We need your help collecting a representative sample of this data during Reference Counts Week!
We will track reference questions received in person, by phone and via email from Saturday, Aug. 24 through Saturday, Aug. 31 using a new tool called DART. I will send login information as we get closer to the start date, as well as additional reminders. In the meantime, please be sure to add these dates to your calendar!
