I hear from some of you there is interest in better understanding Colorado's Gallagher Amendment and its impact on PCCLD. Here are two tidbits for you in this regard.
First, Midori is working on a video now with economists from the Colorado Fiscal Institute that should provide a concise description for you. I expect this video will be shared with you soon. Second, there is a presentation scheduled April 17 at CSU-Pueblo addressing this topic. See attachment here for more about this.
