Thanks to feedback I received in the OZ training, and the help of the Circulation Task Force, we have a new Problem Item Form and process for handeling missmatch items.  Your Circ Task Force Representative can help walk you through it, and I'll have more information in the upcoming newsletter.  I wanted to let you know that the new form is accessable through the portal here:
