One of our values at PCCLD is embracing feedback, but what is the best way to capture some of the verbal off-hand comments we hear customer's make throughout the day?
The "Patron Comment Tracker" offers a way to document verbal feedback staff hear in day-to-day interactions with customers both in the library and out in the community. It allows you to submit verbal customer feedback whether accolades or constructive criticism. When you hear a comment that you would like to share, submit the comment via this online tool, which is available under the links section of the Portal. In turn, an email will be sent to PCCLD administration (Sara and Jon), so they can monitor the feedback for trends or issues for follow-up.
