Take some time to login and explore prior to needing to submit a ticket. There will be some training next week to show basic use of the Help Desk like logging in and submitting a ticket in the Rawlings Training room on the 3rd floor.

Old tickets, will not be transferred to the new system. There will be an effort to transfer any open tickets in the existing system to the new system. Please keep an on eye on the new system to make sure your tickets are not lost in the transfer.
