There is an update to the main page to PCCLD's portal. On the right-hand panel of the Intranet main page you will find reference to the new Starlight recognition program. It is under the heading “Key Results Starlight Award.” Updated key results for this year along with an outline of how the program works is included in the pages linked there. I encourage you to have a look.
