Greeting from IT...! We were just alerted to issue with our Internet content filter not working properly for a period of time; and have resolved the issue. The filter should be operating normally now; if not, please notify IT.
As IT does try to monitor the functionality of all systems within the District, we still encourage staff to let us know via the HelpDesk system when things are not operating properly. The sooner we are aware of issues, the sooner we can resolve them. If you notice anything not working, let us know. Getting notified 10 times is better than not knowing...
