Dear All,
It is important for us to address the issue of systemic racism in our society. We must focus on raising the growth potential of all employees, PCCLD, and our community by committing to creating opportunities to better ensure pathways for full participation in our institution by all. I am pleased to share with you that PCCLD has engaged the WEBB Advisory Group to assist and support us along our journey towards Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility. You will recall an introduction to WEBB Advisory Group at PCCLD’s recent October 3 Staff Development Day.
PCCLD will work ongoing with WEBB Advisory Group in a portfolio of training sessions and collaborative engagements over the course of the upcoming weeks to foster Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility in alignment with PCCLD’s mission and vision. We will see ongoing activities with the WEBB Advisory Group throughout 2022. We may also implement other initiatives to help us accomplish our goal to create meaningful and lasting change within our organization for all employees in support of PCCLD’s growth and performance and the community we serve.
