As part of our IDEA initiative, our consultants, Webb Advisory Group, will be conducting an organizational assessment on the topic of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access (IDEA) in the workplace. This survey will be completed online via a secure portal. Each employee should have already received an email from Webb Advisory Group that includes a link to the survey. The survey should take about 30 minutes to complete and will be open for participation from January 3, 2022 through January 14, 2022.
All responses will be confidential to PCCLD and PCCLD will only receive the aggregate data from this survey.
