Just a quick reminder that if you're a supervisor, and you approve a request through Paychex for time off for one of your employees, you do NOT need to manually enter the time into the employee's Paychex page. When you click the box to approve, it automatically populates the employee's time sheet. If you enter it manually, there will be 2 entries for the same time! Thanks.
