Hello PCCLD Team,
Many thanks to you for your continued hard work at the library. We have had a great summer serving our community -- Reading Pays and Summer Reading were wildly successful! We look now to 2023 and begin the goal setting process. The new year is promising to be a great opportunity for the library to reach new heights.
As the library's new Executive Director, I am planning many things. One of my priorities is to gather input from library employees. As a result, I will begin inviting small groups of employees to meet with me over the next few months. Small groups will allow me to get to know everyone better and give you a chance to express what's important to you. Many thanks in advance for doing this.
Here's what I invite you to come to the small group meetings prepared to discuss:
* What one thing do you want the library to fix?
* What are you excited about that the library is currently doing?
* What are you hopeful that the library will accomplish?
There will be about thirty of these meetings, so please don't become concerned if I don't get to your team right away. I am looking forward to visiting with everyone!
