We will be changing the email notification June 11th. Customers will no longer receive a “due in 3 days” pre-overdue email notice. Instead they will receive an email saying that their item has not been renewed and is due in three days. We have been testing these notices so you may have received one of them recently. If the item(s) is not returned within the three day grace period, the user will receive a notice on the third day stating that the item is overdue and fees will begin accruing. The final notice will be sent 30 days after the item is due and will notify the user that the item has been billed as lost to their account.
These changes will not affect customers that receive phone notifications, only those who are set to email.
