It is with a deep sadness that I am sharing with you that Dr. Philip Mancha passed away earlier this month of natural causes in his Pueblo home. Dr. Mancha served as a dedicated PCCLD Trustee 2005-2022. His family opted for no public services. The Board of Trustees remembered Dr. Mancha during a moment of silence at their most recent meeting and I wanted to officially inform you of this somber news.
