It is my pleasure to announce that Terri Daly has been promoted to Director of Human Resources. In addition to a number of accomplishments, Terri recently acquired certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) which evidences that Terri demonstrates a strategic mastery of the body of HR knowledge. I commend Terri for her accomplishments and express appreciation and thanks for her contributions to the Library District's success.
