It takes a community to build a community library. Feedback from customers often helps shape the services we deliver and how we deliver them. The most common ways that I receive customer feedback are direct phone calls, paper comment forms, via the Ask Us service on the website, and via Bibliocommons Feedback which is at the bottom of the screen when logged in. Please become familiar with each of these methods should you need to encourage feedback from a customer you are working with.
