We are pleased to announce that Amy Nelson has been named Associate Director of Public Services at PCCLD!
Amy has been engaged in library service since beginning her career in libraries in 2003 as K-8 Library Technician in District 70. Amy has also served in a variety of supervisory positions at PCCLD including Outreach Manager, Branch Manager, Manager of Reference and Readers Advisory, Manager of Special Collections, and Director of Rawlings Library and Customer Experience.
Amy holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Science and has a wide-breadth of experience in public libraries. Amy has also served in multiple roles with various community organizations and library associations.
