In preparation for the Rawlings renovation, Community Relations has removed the public link for Rawlings meeting room reservations from our website. The majority of meeting rooms at Rawlings will not be available for public use once construction begins and all public meeting room reservations will therefore need to be reviewed and approved by staff on a case-by-case basis. For this reason, please direct any public meeting room inquiries to Cynthia Nicola.
Staff may continue to make their own reservations for programs and meetings until construction begins. Once construction starts, staff will not be able to book 1st and 4th floor meeting rooms since some of them may be under construction, while others may be needed for temporary workspaces, collections storage, etc. I will post updates about timelines related to room availability for staff as details are finalized.
