We are pleased to announce an organizational change within each of the PCCLD branches. Each branch will now have an Assistant Branch Manager role in addition to the Branch Manager. The Assistant Branch Manager is the senior librarian at each branch and will take on some of the duties and responsibilities of the Branch Manager in the Branch Manager's absence.
The Assistant Branch Manager will act as the second in charge to support the Branch Manager in the daily operations of the branch.
The Assistant Branch Manager will also make assignments, fill shifts as needed to ensure coverage of service desks, perform cash reconciliations and attend leadership meetings on behalf of the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager.
