There is a planned Power Outage Tues., Nov. 1, beginning at 9 a.m. at Pueblo West Library by San Isabel Electric Association. The disruption should be no more than a half hour. We asked Community Relations to send press releases, and we posted flyers in the branch last week. Election officials were also alerted. Please offer apologies to any affected customers for any inconvenience this may cause.
